Domains and DNS

Your domains, beside your hosting.

What DNS hosting gets you

DNS is the lookup that turns your domain into a server address. Most registrars include a basic editor; a proper DNS host answers those lookups from a global network and gives you the record types you actually need.

  • Records answered from the nearest of 121 locations, so the first step of loading your site is fast wherever the visitor is.
  • Full record support — A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, SRV, CAA, NS and more, with TTL control on each.
  • One-click presets for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mail, plus helpers for SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your email actually arrives.
  • Unlimited queries. No surprise bill because a bot hammered your domain.

We are finishing the registrar connection

Rather than take orders we cannot fulfil yet, we would rather tell you plainly where it stands: the pricing is loaded and the integration is being completed. It is weeks, not months.

If you need a domain today, or want one moved across the moment this opens, get in touch — we will handle it directly and hold your price.

What registration will do

Search and register

Live availability across the common extensions, with suggestions when your first choice is taken, and bulk search for when you are buying several.

Transfers in

Bring a domain across with its EPP code and we add a year to the registration. We will not charge you to transfer away later either.

DNS management

The same record editor described above, applied automatically to any domain you register with us.

Registrar controls

Nameservers, registrar lock, WHOIS contacts, ID protection and auto-renew, all self-service rather than a support ticket.

Expiry that does not surprise you

Reminders well before the date, renewal pricing visible in advance, and a grace period that is clearly stated rather than buried.

One invoice

Domains, hosting and edge services on the same bill, in the same currency, from the same dashboard.

Straight answers

Domains and DNS

Can I use your DNS without hosting with you?

Yes. DNS hosting stands on its own — point your domain's nameservers at us from wherever it is registered and you get the full editor. Plenty of people do this while their site lives elsewhere.

Do I have to move my domain registration?

No, and you do not need to. Changing nameservers is enough to use our DNS. Moving the registration itself is a separate decision you can make later, or never.

How long does a nameserver change take?

Usually a few hours, occasionally up to 24. During that window some visitors reach the old DNS and some the new, which is why we set up your records here first and only then ask you to switch.

What happens to my email when I change DNS?

Nothing, provided your MX records come across correctly — which is why we set them up before you switch. If you use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 there is a one-click preset that adds every record they need.

Why is registration not open yet?

The registrar account is in place and pricing is loaded, but the connection that turns an order into an actual registration is not finished. Taking your money for a domain we cannot yet register would be worse than waiting.

Will domain prices be competitive?

They will be published openly with renewal prices shown next to first-year prices — the trick in this market is a cheap first year and a painful renewal, and we are not going to do that here either.

The price you sign up at is the price you renew at

Most hosts in this market advertise a low first-term rate, then renew you at roughly three times it once your site has moved in. We don't do that. Whatever you pay today is what you pay in year four, and longer terms cost less rather than trapping you.

Paying monthly is fine. A year costs ten months, two years nineteen, three years twenty-seven — and all of them renew at that same rate.
